3. Description of Service

POM3 AI provides AI-powered consulting agents that assist users with various professional tasks including project management, legal information (Swedish law), career advice, and parenting guidance.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer both free and premium subscription tiers:

Free: Free tier: {guestLimit} questions per month, access to all AI agents
Premium: Premium tier (69 SEK/month): 50 questions per day, priority support

Payments are processed securely through Klarna. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

POM3 Consulting AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
