Refund Policy

1. Overview

This refund policy applies to all subscription purchases made through POM3 AI, operated by POM3 Consulting AB (Org.nr 559080-7862). We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and handle all refund requests fairly.

2. Subscription Terms

POM3 AI Premium is a recurring monthly subscription service:

  • The subscription is billed at 69 SEK per month through Klarna
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • After cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period

3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling Period)

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@pom3consulting.org within 14 days of your subscription date. Please note that if you have actively used the service during the cooling period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the service used.

4. Eligible Refund Situations

Beyond the statutory cooling period, refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period, despite our reasonable efforts to resolve them
  • Billing errors, such as being charged twice or charged an incorrect amount
  • Service was not delivered as described at the time of purchase

5. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • The service has been actively used during the billing period (outside the 14-day cooling period)
  • Change of mind after the 14-day cooling period has passed
  • Partial month usage — subscriptions are not prorated upon cancellation

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@pom3consulting.org with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Klarna and will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

8. Klarna Payment Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a payment processed through Klarna, you may also contact Klarna directly through their app or website. Klarna has its own dispute resolution process that operates alongside our refund policy.
